Angels’ Share

This blog is dedicated to sharing the joys (and sometimes the pains) of harvest, wine-making and general life at Domaine des Anges in the South of France.  It is a joint project of Ciaran Rooney (winemaker) and Pieter de Waal, long-time friend and frequent visitor to the farm since 1999.  We invite people who have visited Domaine des Anges or have had the opportunity to drink our wines to share their experiences and opinions.
